		<description>A couple of observations about this recall. First, yes definitely personal responsibility comes into play. Just yesterday I listened to the 911 call from the Lexus that was doing 120+ with the accelerator stuck, the driver showed no common sense (God rest his soul), he told the operator he couldn&#039;t do anything to stop the car and finally crashed killing 4 people. I don&#039;t own a lexus but I&#039;m reasonbly sure you can put the car in neutral or turn off the key while in motion. This brings me to my point, if you are going to set a 4000# object in motion shouldn&#039;t you be responsible for knowing how to stop it even in abnormal conditions: personal responsibilty. 
   My second observation is this; when this problem finally &quot;came to light&quot; (or Toyota finally admitted to something), it only took about a week to find and produce a &quot;fix&quot; for over 2mil. vehicals. I&#039;ve never seen a problem make it through r &amp; d and engineering with kind of speed....kinda makes you wonder huh?</description>
